Want to fashion some creamy deliciousness in the kitchen, but afraid of the fat? Make a healthy substitution. For creamy pureed soups, add one or two potatoes when you add stock or water. Alternatively, add some fat free evaporated milk after cooking , warm through and serve. Evaporated milk can also be a good substitute for cream in pasta recipes. Just make sure the evaporated milk does not contain any added sugars.
